Ingredients
- 2 lbs thawed shredded potatoes
- 2 c half and half
- 2/3 lb Velveeta cheese
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Step 1
Grease 9x13 pan and add potatoes. Combine half and half, Velveeta cheese (chopped), and butter in sauce pan; stir constantly until melted. Add cheddar cheese; pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
