Onion Crusted Chicken

  • 6 chicken cutlets
  • 1 tea dry mustard
  • 1 tbl Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 tea garlic powder
  • 1/2 tea salt
  • 1/2 tea pepper
  • 1 can fried onions-crushed



Step 1

PREHEAT oven to 350*

COMBINE mustard, Worcestershire,butter, salt , garlic, and pepper in large bowl.
PLACE crushed onions in another large dish.
DIP cutlets in butter mixture then in onions until well coated
ARRANGE cutlets on a baking sheet and pour remaining butter and onions over chicken
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until done
