Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup fine sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon light corn syrup (I used honey)
- 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 4 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients together in order listed.
Drop by spoonful (or two spoonfuls for oversize cookies) on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Do not bake longer than 15 minutes or cookies will be hard.
