Ingredients

    potato

  • ¼

    C milk

  • 1

    T butter

  • 1

    t salt

Directions

Cut the top off of the potato lengthwise. Dig out and set aside the inside of the potato, about 2/3 of the way from the top. Mash the insides of the potato with the milk, butter, and salt. Spoon mixture back into potato and bake on a baking sheet at 350 degrees until it starts to brown. Serve with cheese and sour cream.
