Ingredients
- Pork shoulder, ground one time
- 4 eggs fried and sliced
- celery, sliced thin
- carrots, minced
- onions, diced
- Bean sprouts
- salt and pepper to taste
- curry powder
- sugar
- cornstarch
Preparation
Step 1
Stir fry pork and carrots until cooked. Add remaining ingredients. While cooking add salt and pepper, curry powder, and sugar. When about done, sprinkle with corn starch. Lay on egg roll wraps and deep fry.
