2 T evoo
1/2 lb lean bacon
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 T thyme, chopped
1/2 C dry wine
2 pints cherry tomatoes
1 lb penne pasta
Cook noodles, save a little bit of water. Heat evoo, add bacon & cook until crisp. Add garlic, thyme & pepper. Cook 5 min. Add wine & tomatoes. Cover & cook 10-12 min, add a little water from noodles. Add noodles & mix.
