Ingredients
- 5 oz. mix Monteray Jack and Cheddar cheeses
- 1 1/3 C mayo
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/8 C parsley
- 1-1 to 1 1/2 lb. loaf sourdough bread
- 4 oz. grated Parm chees
- 1/4 t salt
- 2 t granulated garlic
- 1/2 oz. green onion

Preparation
Step 1
Mix cheeses and mayo. Add salt, pepper, garlic, parsley and green onion. Slice bread into 4 pieces. Spread 4 oz. of cheese mix on each slice. Bake @ 375 for 5-10". Serves 4.
