BEER BREAD

Ingredients

  • 3 cups A P flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. baking powder (1 Tbs. + 1 1/2 tsp.)
  • 3 Tbs. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. basil or oregano or rosemary
  • 1 12 oz. bottle beer

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Put in a loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Drizzle top with melted butter and garlic.
