cups day old bread cubes
cups half and half
cup total of (parmesan, chiles, olives, sun dried tomatoes, herbs, scallions)
Scatter half of the bread in a buttered 9x13 dish. Sprinkle with 1.5 cups cheese, add veggies, meat and remaining bread. Pour custard on top. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit 30 min to overnight (bring to room temp before baking). Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top. Bake at 325 uncovered 40-50 min.
