Pineapple Upside-Down Mocktail

  • 1 small can pineapple juice,chilled
  • 1 T. caramel sauce
  • Ginger ale, chilled
  • 2 t. grenadine

Preparation time 10mins


Step 1

Combine pineapple juice with enough water to make one cup of liquid. Pour into a shaker over ice and add caramel sauce. Shake vigorously; strain into a martini glass. Top off with ginger ale. Slowly pour 1/2 teaspoon grenadine into each drink. Garnish with cherry, if desired.

Optional garnish: Wet the rim of the martini glass with water prior to filling and dip the rim in brown sugar.
