Chococlate chocolate chip sour cream banana bread

Ingredients

  • 1 C butter softened (2 sticks)
  • 1 C white sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 bananas
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla
  • 2 C flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tsp baking soda
  • 3 TBS cocoa powder
  • 3/4 C sour cream
  • 1 &1/2 C chocolate chips or chocolate chunks

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Grease 2 9 inch bread pans
Combine butter, sugar, eggs.
Add vanilla and eggs.
In separate bowl combine flour, salt, backing soda and cocoa.
Add to wet mixture.
Mix in sour cream.
Fold in chocolate chips/chunks.
Bake 40-60min , checking with toothpick. Cool completely.
Freezes great too!!!
