    Cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, plus more for pan

  • 2 1/2

    Cups Flour

  • 3/4

    tsp baking soda

  • 1/2

    tsp kosher salt

  • 3/4

    cup stout beer (Guiness)

  • 12

    ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped

  • 3

    large eggs

  • 1

    Cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2

    Cup packed brown sugar

  • 1/2

    Cup sour cream

  • 1/2

    Cup Heavy Cream

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degress, butter a bundt pan. In medium bowl combine flour. baking soda and salt. In a small saucepan heat butter and beer over medium heat, stirring, until butter is melted. Remove from heat and add 8 ounces of the chocolate, stirring util smooth. Using and electric mixer and a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugars on medium speed util fluffy. Beat in chocolate mixture and sour cream. Reduce speed to low and gradually mix in flour. Don't over mix. Pour batter in prepared pan and bake 45-55 minutes. Let cool. In a small saucepan brig the cream just to a biol, take off heat and add the remaining 4 ounces Chocolate. let sit fir 5 minutes. Stir until smooth, then drizzle over cooled cake.
