Step 1
1 cook orzo according to pkg directions. Drain & toss w/ spinach &1/4 tsp each s&p, 2 meanwhile, heat 1 tblsp oil in large skillet over med high heat. Season chicken w/ 1/2 tsp salt & 1/4 tsp pepper. Cook until browned & cooked thru. Turn cutlets & scatter tomatoes, peppers & garlic. Add chicken broth to skillet w/tomato mixture & bring to simmer. Serve with spinach orzo & top chicken with tomato mixture.
