  • Dash Salt
  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla

Add sugar, cocoa, milk, and salt & boil.

DO NOT STIR!

Boil until drop stage (236-240*).

Let cool (110*).

Add butter and vanilla & beat.
