  • 1 Pillsbury ready to bake pie crust (softened as directed on box)
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 package sausage
  • 4 eggs

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cook sausage in skillet until thoroughly cooked and drain. Place pie crust in pie plate. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper in large bowl. Stir in sausage and pour mixture into pie plate. Bake 40-45 minutes or until edge is golden brown and knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
