Ingredients
- 2/3 c. olive oil
- 2-3 c. garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbs. dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. basil
- 3-4 tbs. fresh parsley

Step 1
Puree garlic, mustard, and herbs in 1/3 cup olive oil, pureeing as finely as possible. Add lemon juice and mix mixture into 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
