  • 2/3 c. olive oil
  • 2-3 c. garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbs. dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c. basil
  • 3-4 tbs. fresh parsley

Step 1

Puree garlic, mustard, and herbs in 1/3 cup olive oil, pureeing as finely as possible. Add lemon juice and mix mixture into 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
