Ingredients
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. onion (chopped)
- 2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
- 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 can corn (undrained)
- 1 can chopped green chiles (undrained)
- 6 tortillas
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef and onion in skillet and drain. Add tomato sauce, beans, corn, green chilies and mix well. Stir in all of the spices except red pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to l1/2 c. low and simmer 5 minutes. Add red pepper to taste.
Spread 1/2 c. beef mixture on bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Top with 3 tortillas, overlapping as needed. Layer with 1/2 beef mixture, 1/2 of cheese. Repeat with remaining tortillas beef mixture and cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes in 350 degree oven.
