Monkey Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 10 oz can buttermilk biscuits
  • 1/2 c granulated sugar
  • 2 T cinnamon
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cut biscuits into quarters. Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a bag and use to coat biscuit pieces. Generously grease Bundt pan. Layer the biscuit pieces in the pan. Put chopped nuts in between layers if desired.

Cook oleo and brown sugar together and boil for 1 minute. Pour over top of biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Let stand for 10 minutes before removing from pan.

Using fingers, pluck bites from cake.
