Ingredients
- 3-4 tbsp anchiote paste
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1 jalapeno roughly chopped
- 2 Fresno pepper roughly chopped
- 1/4 Orange juice
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 2 lemon
- 1 shot tequila
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Blend all items until smooth
Add juice of lemon and tequila
Smoke meat for 2 hours before adding marinade to meat
