Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 c butter + 6 T
• 3/4 c packed light brown sugar
• 1/2 c regular sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 t vanilla
• 1 1/2 c flour
• 1 t baking soda
• 1 t cinnamon
• 1/2 t salt
• 3 cups quaker oats
• 1 c raisins

Preparation

Step 1

heat oven to 350
beat butter & sugars until creamy
add eggs & vanilla, beat well.
add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon & salt. Mix well.

drop by rounded T onto ungreased cookie sheets
bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown
