Pesto Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 package pesto sauce (prepare package directions)
• 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 1 roma tomato, sliced
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Make pesto sauce according to package directions. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Dip chicken in pesto sauce and place on a baking sheet. Bake for approximately 25 minutes. Top with tomato and shredded cheese. Bake additional 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
