Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Kraft Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried

Preparation

Step 1

Place a large sheet of heavy duty foil over half of grill grate. Preheat grill to medium heat. Pour 2 TB dressing over chicken in a Ziploc bag. Turn bag over several times to evenly coat chicken with dressing. Refrigerate 10 minutes to marinate. Grill chicken on uncovered side of grill for 6 minutes. Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, cheese, basil, & remaining 2 TB dressing in a bowl. Turn chicken over, placing it cooked-side up on foil. Top evenly with tomato mixture. Close lid & grill 8 minutes or until chicken is done.
