Dr Oz: Wheat Belly Pecan-Encrusted Chicken Recipe
- 2 Chicken Breast
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Pecans, ground
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- Salt & Pepper
- 4 tablespoons Tapenade or Pesto
Preheat your oven to 350. Bake chicken about 30 minutes, until done.
Beat egg and milk in a small bowl.
Stir pecans with remaining dry ingredients.
Roll cooked chicken in egg wash, then pecan mix.
Microwave on high for two minutes.
Finish with tapenade and serve.
