  • 6 EGGS
  • 1 CUP MILK
  • 1/2 TSP SALT
  • 1 GREEN ONION MINCED
  • 2 TBSP BUTTER, MELTED
  • 1/8 TSP PEPPER
  • 4 OZ PKG (1 CUP) SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
  • 3 PIECES OF BACON, COOKED AND CRUMBLED

Preparation

Step 1

PREHEAT OVEN TO 400. GREASE A 10 1/2 " ROUND AU GRAUTIN PAN OR QUICHE PAN. IN A MEDIUM BOWL WITH WIRE WHISK, OR HAND BEATER, BEAT EGGS, MILK, GREEN ONION, BUTTER AND SALT AND PEPPER UNTIL WELL BLENDED.

POUR MIXTURE INTO BAKING PAN. SPRINKLE CHEESE AND BACON EVENLY OVER TOP.

BAKE 20 MIN OR UNTIL SET AND GOLDEN BROWN.
