Ingredients
- 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 t. baking powder
- 3.4-oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 T. butter
- 15-oz. can sliced peaches, juice reserved
- 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. plus 1 T. sugar, divided
- 1 t. cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Blend together flour, salt, milk, egg, baking powder, pudding mix and butter; beat for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased 9" round pan; arrange peaches on top. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, 3 tablespoons of reserved juice and 1/2 cup sugar; beat for 2 minutes. Spoon over peaches. Combine remaining sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
