Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 6 loin pork chops (1/2" thick)
- 6 apple rings
- 1/2 C dry sherry
- 1/4 C vegetable oil
- 3 green onions, finley chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine marinade ingredients in plastic bag. Add pork chops. Allow to marinate for 1 hour.
Place meat and liquid in a large piece of foil with apple rings. Wrap tightly and bbq over hot coals for about 45 mintues until tender and cooked.
