Ingredients
- 4 to 6 nearly ripe peaches
- Chili oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Vanilla ice cream
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare grill for medium-high heat.
Halve the peaches. Remove pits (do not peel). Brush with chili oil. Grill 1 to 2 minutes.
Remove from grill. Slice peaches. Toss with brown sugar. Serve over ice cream.
