Faux-waffle breakfast sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1 T low fat whipped cream cheese
  • Banana and strawberry slices
  • Raspberry jam

Preparation

Step 1

Heat waffle iron. Meanwhile, spread whipped cream cheese on a slice of bread and top with banana and strawberry slices. Spread a thin layer of raspberry jam on the other piece of bread. Sandwich together and spray with vegetable cooking spray. Place in waffle iron and cook 1 minute.
