Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- Dash of pepper
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 8-oz can tomato sauce
- 1/2 lb. crushed crackers
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 2 tbsp. corn syrup
- Dash of salt
Preparation
Step 1
Mix above together and put in loaf pan. Put a crease down the center of loaf for sauce. Bake about one hour at 350. Make the sauce, pour over meatloaf and bake for about 20 minutes.
Best if made the day before. Freezes very well.
