Ingredients
- 1 lb. Lean Ground Pork
- 1/4 cup small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
- 1/4 cup carrot, chopped
- 1 stalk of celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbls parsley
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 2 egg whites
- 1 Tbls ketchup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (or sub. coconut aminos)
- 1/2 tsp. tumeric
- pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients together.
Spray muffin tins and scoop mixture into each cup. (You can also use silicon muffin pans.)
Bake for 25- 0 minues or until throughly cooked.
