Ingredients
- 1 1/8 Cup Milk
- 3 TBS Melted butter
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Mott's original Apple Sauce
- 1 1/2 Cups Peeled small diced apple
- 1 1/2 Cups Flour
- 4 Tsp Baking Powder
- 2 TBS Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon

Step 1
Lightly beat milk, butter, vanilla and eggs in a large mixing bowl; stir in apple sauce and apple.
Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and cinnamon together in a small bowl; add this to the liquid mixture all at once and stir just enough to combine. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
To serve, for each pancake pour 1/3 cup of batter on medium hot, greased griddle; cook until golden on both sides and serve with maple syrup
