All-Purpose Red Rub

Ingredients

• 1/2 C paprika
• 1/3 C kosher salt
• 1/2 C light brown sugar
• 1/2 C granulated garlic
• 6 Tbsp granulated onion
• 1/4 C chili powder
• 1 Tbsp black pepper
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Dump all the ingredients into a bowl and rub them together with your hands.

Store in a plastic or glass container until ready to use.
