Ingredients

  • 32 oz. bag hash brown potatoes

  • 1

    lb. cooked ham, cubed

  • 1

    medium onion, diced

  • cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 12

    eggs

  • 1

    cup milk

  • 1

    tsp. salt

  • 1

    tsp. pepper

Directions

Layer one-third each of frozen potatoes, ham, onions and cheese in bottom of slow cooker. Repeat 2 times. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in slow cooker. Cover. Cook on low 8-9 hours.
