Ingredients
- 1 cup already prepared seasoned stuffing
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 25-30 white mushrooms
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the prepared stuffing with Parmesan. Spoon into cleaned mushroom caps and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake on oiled baking pan until tender--about 25 minutes.
Makes 25-30.
