Mother's Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 ib bulk pork sausage
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup corn flake crumbs
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • gravy

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except gravy in large bowl. Mix well with hands, shape mixture into loaf and place in 9 x 13 pan.
BAKE AT 325 Degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
During the last 10 minutes, spread gravy over top and sides of meatloaf.
