Pasta, Pancetta and Peas

  • 1 lb. Fettuccine
  • 8 oz. pancetta, diced
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 (10oz) bag frozen peas
  • 2 cloves, garlic, minced
  • 1/2 C. grated parm
  • black pepper
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced



Step 1

Sautee pancetta in a large pan until golden crisp about 6 min. Transfer to a paper towel. In same pan saute onion until soft, about 5 min. Add peas and garlic about 3 min. Stir in parm, pasta and pancetta... sprinkle with lemon juice.
