Chocolate Turtle Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 7 oz package caramels
  • 1/4 c evaporated milk
  • 3/4 c chopped pecans
  • 1 - 9 inch chocolate crumb piecrust
  • 2 - 3 oz packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1 1/4 c milk
  • 1 (3.9 oz) package chocolate instant pudding
  • 1/2 c fudge topping

Preparation

Step 1

Place caramels and evaporated milk in heavy saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring continually, until smooth.

Stip in 1/3 c chopped pecans.

Pour into pie crust.

Combine cream cheese, sour cream and milk in a blender until smooth. Add pudding mix. Blend for 30 seconds.

Pour pudding mixture over caramel layer. Chill, loosely covered, until set.

Drizzle fudge topping over pudding layer. Sprinkle with remaining pecans. Chill.
