pkg sugar cookie dough
oz cream cheese
large green apple peeled cored and sliced
c chopped nuts
jar caramel sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice cookie dough and arrange on large round stone, pressing to within 1 inch of edge forming the crust. Bake for 15 minutes or till golden. loosen crust from stone with spatula. Microwave cream cheese ion batter bowl for 30 seconds to soften. Add pumpkin, 3T sugar and cinnamon. Spread over dough to within 1/2 inch of edge. Prepare apples, combine with 1T sugar and dash of cinnamon. Place apples on pumpkin mixture. Chop nuts and sprinkle on apples. Bake 10 minutes longer. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
