Ingredients
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp flour
- Glaze
- 1/2 cup powdering sugar
- 1/4 tsp maple flavouring
- 2-3 tsp milk
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 325. Grease 12 cup fluted tube pan and mix 3 tbsp of sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon and sprinkle over shortening to coat pan. Cream butter and sugar til fluffy. Add eggs. Add sour cream. Add flour, b powder, salt, soda, and cinnamon. Coat blueberries with flour and fold in. Bake 40-45 minutes until tester is clean. Cool for 1 hour. Add glaze ingredients and drizzle over cake.
Altitude(3500-6500) increase flour to 2 1/4 cups. Bake 48-53 minutes.
