Ingredients
- 2 cups pinto beans (soaked for 4-8 hours to avoid excess cooking time)
- 6 cups water
- 4 stripes bacon (cooked)
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 can rotel
- 1 T cumin
- 1 T chili powder
- 2 cloves of garlic chopped
- salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients to the pressure cooker except the salt. Pressure cook for 45 minutes on setting 1 or 7-8 lbs. of pressure.
Let cool naturally.
Add salt to taste
