Dill Shrimp-Doreen/Weight Watchers

Dill adds incredible freshness to this appetizer. For casual parties, place the shrimp on a serving platter, garnish with dill and pass around with toothpicks.

Ingredients

  • 18 large shrimp-peeled and deveined
  • 1 Tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tsp shallot(s), minced
  • 1 Tbsp dill, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp table salt, or to taste
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper, or to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Bring water to a simmer in a large saucepan; add shrimp and cook until shrimp turn pink and are cooked through, about 1 minute. Drain; let cool.

Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients together in small bowl; toss with shrimp.
Yields 3 shrimp per serving.
