- Divide 12 cherries, pitted and halved among four narrow glasses or Champagne flutes and top each with 1 1/2 teaspoons almond-flavoured liqueur, such as Amaretto. Let sit 10 minutes.
- To serve, top each with chilled dry sparkling wine, such as brut champagne!
