Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 jalapeno pepper (optional)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6-8 chicken thighs
Preparation
Step 1
1. Blend together first six ingredients.
2. Pour marinade chicken thighs in a zip top bag. Refrigerate for at least one hour, but better if overnight.
3. Remove chicken from marinade and place in roasting pan. Cook for approximately 45 minutes. Serve alongside your favorite vegetables or salad.
Notes:* Add 1 tablespoon grated ginger, if desired.
* Omit jalapeno pepper, if desired.
