Kielbasa Apple Kabobs

Ingredients
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 T cornstarch
- 3/4 c cranberry juice
- 2 T cider vinegar
- 2 t soy sauce
- 1 lb smoked kielbasa cut into 1-1/2 inch chunks
- 2 medium tart apples cut into wedges
- 1 medium red pepper cut into chunks
- 1 medium green pepper cu into chumks

Step 1
In large saucepan, combine sugar, and cornstarch. Stir in cranberry juice, vinegar, soy sauce. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened. On 8 soaked wood skewers. alternately thread kielbasa, apples, and peppers. Grill uncovered over indirect heat heat for 8 minutes or until heated through, turning and brushing with glaze occasionally.
