Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground pork sausage (Bob Evans, etc.)
- 1 T chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tsp bottled crushed garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 packet Shake 'N Bake pork coating
- extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
In medium bowl, combine all except oil. Shape into 16 1 1/2 inch balls. Press into 2-inch round patties.
Pour coating mixture into a pie plate; dredge patties in coating.
In a large skillet, heat 1/4 inch oil over medium-high heat. Working in batches, place patties in pan with spatula and fry for 3-5 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels. Add more oil to pan between batches, if necessary.
Serve immediately.
