Ingredients
- 4 lbs. Chuck Roast
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon into slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
Slice meat into thin slices and serve in barbecue sauce over mashed potatoes or rice.
