Ingredients

- Ingredients
- 1 bottle (12 oz.) Heinz® Original Cocktail Sauce
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 pound medium, peeled and deveined cooked shrimp, coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Preparation
- In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients until well mixed. Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
- TIP: For a Southwest-style variation, add another 1 Tbsp. of chopped fresh cilantro and 1 tsp. of chopped fresh jalapeno.
- TIP: Can be made a day ahead. Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
