Ingredients
- 1 tbsp yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 cups milk, warmed
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Preparation
Step 1
Let yeast rise in warm water.
Add ingredients up to flour, blend, and leave overnight, covered, in fridge or on counter if cool.
In morning, add baking soda and eggs and blend.
Pour into waffle maker. Works best if not belgian style.
