Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 T. Splenda
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 T. flour
- 1/2 t. vanilla extract
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 cup nuts, finely chopped (pecans, walnuts, almonds, macadamia, hazelnuts, etc.)
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and Splenda. Stir in almond flour, vanilla, salt and pecans. Chill one hour. Divide and roll into nuggets the size of a small walnut. Bake at 35-40 minutes at 300 degrees.
Cool and roll in Splenda.
