Classic Baked Potatoes

  • 6 large russet potatoes, washed and dried
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. kosher salt



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Line a rimmed baking sheet with heavy-duty foil. Rub potatoes with olive oil and place on prepared pan. Sprinkle potatoes with salt. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes or until fork pierces easily.
